CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOORMATS (as stated in listings)
To keep mat clean shake often.
To preserve your mat it is best to keep in a sheltered area such as a garage, patio, porch, covered entryway or similar where it is not getting saturated with rain, snow, sprinklers, etc. Just like the coir doormats at your local home decor store, if saturated with water the coir fibers may look darker brown.
The length of the life of your doormat depends on how you take care of it.

Like any other doormat, mats will wear over time. By keeping out of the elements/direct sunlight & limiting how much you scrape your shoes over the letters your mat will last longer. Obviously, the more it’s exposed to heavy foot traffic & weather the faster it will wear. I’ve had my mats for over a year and they are in great condition! Doormats are typically seasonal items.

 ~ Doormat listings are STYLED. The doormat listings are for the doormat only for purchase. Nothing else in the pictures (accent rugs, porch decor, etc) are included. They are just there for styling purposes.~

Processing time currently for doormats is 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the purchase date unless stated otherwise in the banner. That will be the latest I will be shipping your order. This does NOT include shipping time, weekends or holidays. Doormats are shipped with USPS & FedEx. As stated in policies, Freckled Lemons is NOT responsible for delays within shipping carriers. Once the doormat ships it is out of our hands. I ship doormats within the processing time given. Mugs, Clothing, etc. - generally ship out within a 2-10 business days from the drop shipper who helps bring my designs to life! 

I am unable to accept rushes at this time so if a design is purchased and the processing time states 2-3 weeks, it will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. During busy season (August - December) mat processing time will likely be 3 weeks. If you have a need by date within this timeframe please disclose this before or at the time of purchase. If it is not disclosed at this time I cannot guarantee the mat will be delivered in time.
  

We do not give credits on past purchases where the items are now on sale. We are only able to give credits if the purchase and sale occur on the same day. We are unable to backdate credits for orders from the previous week’s sale at this time.
